Eight current residents of The Studio, UW-Madison's Creative Arts & Design Learning Community will perform a 30-minute multi-media production will feature first year students in a new interdisciplinary work created for the stage. This music-centered production explores the ways in which things are often not as they seem. Intimate relationships, friendships and creative expression exemplify the theory. 

The Studio learning community is co-sponsored by The Arts Institute & the Division of University Housing and houses 64 residents each year. The Studio fosters creativity, cross-disciplinary collaboration and an appreciation for the arts for all residents, no matter their major. All first-year First Wave students live in The Studio.
